Brasher/Bogue; Dustin Bogue and Andy Brasher and band, have been in the studio with producer Harry Smith for the last couple of weeks and will be for a few more. We are working brand new material to be released this summer. Dustin and I were commisioned to write a theme song for the audiobook version of Neal Thompson’s book Driving With The Devil; Southern Moonshine, Detroit Wheels and the Birth of NASCAR. The song that was born is called Drivin’ with the Devil and is the first Brasher/Bogue song to be tracked on the new album. I’m really excited to be working with a great new producer and tracking in such a great studio in Murfreesboro, Tn. The Real Friends Family is growing and everybody is pumped about the new material! There will be lots of shows in the Midwest and South and East this summer. More info on specific release dates and shows to come. Andy
